How It Works

1. Tell us about your dress.
Fill out the form above with photos and details of your dress. You can also email us at support@fashionswest.com with the subject line "Sell With Us". Please include:

  • Clear photos of the front, back, size/brand label and any flaws
  • Size, brand (if known) and fabric
  • A short description of the condition
  • Your asking price

2. We review your dress.
Our team reviews every submission and replies by email with an offer, or an explanation if we're not able to accept the item.

3. Ship your dress.
If you accept our offer, we'll email you shipping instructions. Who covers the shipping cost is stated clearly in our offer, before you agree to anything.

4. Get paid.
Once your dress arrives, we inspect it to confirm it matches the photos and description. Payment is then sent using the method and timeline stated in your offer.

Good to Know

  • We purchase items outright. Once you're paid, the sale is final.
  • If an item doesn't match the photos or description, we may adjust our offer or return the item to you.
  • We reserve the right to decline any item.
  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
