We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.
2. Order Processing
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Since every item is second-hand and typically a single, unique piece, we verify stock availability before dispatch to make sure the exact item you ordered is ready to ship.
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

5. Shipping Carriers
We use multiple shipping carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
6. Dispatch Origin
The majority of our orders are dispatched from our United States warehouse, which allows for faster delivery - especially for U.S. customers.
Because each item we sell is second-hand and typically exists in a single quantity, in rare cases an item may instead be fulfilled and dispatched from our Hong Kong facility. In such cases, delivery times may be slightly longer, and international customers should be aware that customs processing may differ.
Regardless of dispatch origin, all quoted delivery timeframes and our full shipping, return, and refund policies apply equally to your order.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You can track your orders on this page: fashionswest.com/tools/track-your-order. Please note that tracking information becomes available once the item arrives in the destination country. Once it arrives, we will be able to update you with the tracking number.
My order status says "Delivered" but I have not received it.

How long will my order take to arrive?
